Add a Family Member (To Existing Membership)

This option should only be used by existing Members who would like to include their young people or spouses as Official Members. The following criteria must be met before their Membership is Official...

For spouses of Members:

1. This option is only for spouses who would like to enjoy the food with everyone at the QCC and the Membership add on helps cover the added food cost.
2. This option does not include the full Membership perks of riding at the QCC, club stickers...etc. 

For children of Members:

1. Individual must be a child of an Active Official Member.
2. Must be under the age of 21 and live in the same household as the Parent/Active Member or attending school full time. 
3. Parental Consent/ Release of Liability form must be completed and returned.
4. Parent/Active Member must accompany and are responsible for individuals under the age of 18 during rides. 
5. Club ride chats will be available only to those who are 18 or over.
